Book Talks
A book talks is a 60-90 second informal presentation about a book you've finished reading. Book talks should be presented in class either in front of the classroom or while standing near your desk.
Book talks consist of:
- a brief summary of the book, without telling the ending
- a few sentences about characters and conflicts
- tell the genre
- a little about the author's style
- a rating from 1-10 (only talk about books in the 7-10 range)
